Terms: Payment in full on Sale Day by Cash, Cashier’s Check or Certified Checks. Personal and Company Checks MUST have bank letter of guarantee. Note: There will be a two percent (2%) buyer’s premium charged on each item selling over $1,000 and a ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium on each item selling for $1,000 or less.
