CASH. Checks accepted with Positive ID and Auction Company approval. Visa and MasterCard accepted. 3% Buyer's Premium on all Merchandise. There is an additional 2% Online Buyers Premium for any items purchased via Realtimebid's Online Bidding systems. THE TOAL BUYER'S PREMIUM FOR ONLINE BIDDERS IS 5%. However, 3% of premium will be waived for cash and check purchases.

BUYER’S PREMIUM

RealtimeBid will be handling all of their own video displays, data equipment installations, wireless networking, communications, and other technical complexities, as well as staffing assistance with photo/video acquisition, inspections, bidder approvals, and online clerking. Our staff is highly skilled, very detailed, and efficient. We strive to provide the best customer service available to both the auctioneers and the bidders alike. We will be updating the online catalog daily with photos and descriptions of any late additions as they come in to the auction yard.
If you have any specific questions regarding any of the Lots listed in the Online Auction Catalog, please send us an email at inspections@realtimebid.com and indicate the Lot# and the basic factual information requested (hours, miles, serial number, etc). We strive to provide as much detail in our photos and videos as possible. If, for some reason, after reviewing our image/video data, you have more questions about an item, various types of Inspections can be requested.
Not all Lots will be offered for Online Bidding, The selling schedule and lots to be sold online are ultimately up to the auctioneer.
Joe R Plye Auctions, will be charging a 2% buyer’s premium to ALL bidders who purchase anything for over $1000. There will be a 10% Buyers Premium for anything that sells for $1000 or less. There will be an additional 2% Online Buyers Fee applied to all items sucessfully purchased online. This brings the total Online Buyer’s Premium to a minimum of 4% and 12% respectively, for all purchases made by Online Bidders plus all other applicable taxes and title/transfer fees.
Please remember it is likely that any items that arrive LESS THAN 24 HOURS before they are to be sold MIGHT NOT BE OFFERED FOR ONLINE BIDDING. If you do not see photos of an item that you are interested in, it may not be offered online or has not yet arrived at the yard. If this is the case, please make efforts to place an Absentee Bid with RealtimeBid.com directly if you are still interested.
We recommend placing an absentee bid directly with the Realtimebid.com on any major lots you are interested in. This provides a off-line safety-net to ensure that an item does not sell for a price below what you would have been willing to pay.
